LOOK MOMMY!!!
Words that make a mother scared....is it gonna be cute?.....Is there a huge mess to clean up?.....What did they break now?....Well luckily I got a cute one. When I got into the kitchen Ashley was holding up a crayon and says "Look Mommy it matches my eyes!!!" I think she made a pretty good match! Its Cerulean...
Pumpkin Patch....and more!!!
SO on Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch. Its on a farm that does CHristmas trees in the winter and berry picking in the summer, and of coarse all the fall activities right now! We did the corn maze, played games, petting zoo, hay maze, all sorts of stuff!! Ashley loved it! She really loved finding the biggest pumpkins, and feeding the animals, and she decided scarecrows are sad, so look at her face in the scarecrow pic, cause its definatly sad!! HAHA

EARS!!
So we decided it was time to get Ashleys ears pierced! We had tried once before but COnor chickened out cause a little girl was before Ashley who completly freaked out!! So we headed to the mall, picked out a pair of earings and BAM! Ashleys ears were pierced! She had a look of shock then cried until they handed her a pick sucker and amazingly the tears went away!! Cute little diamond studs (fake ones from CLaire's of coarse) made her so happy! And in the morning when we woke up, one had fallen out and the hole closed!! So in a couple weeks we will try again!! Oh and her hair is orange and purple from that hairspray stuff cause I told her we would give her color hair if she was a good girl at the mall!
RINGLING BROTHERS!!
Conor and I remember going to the circus as kids so we were super excited to get to take Ashley!! Definatly not as cool as we remember (and about 20 times the price for cotton candy($12) and lemonade($9)!!!) It was super fun though and something that Ashley will hopefully always remember like Conor and I did!!

Conor and Amanda sittin' in a tree........
A lot has changed in the last 4 1/2 years! We are no longer the kids that live the farthest away (thanks Kevin & Tara!) We have a crazy 3 year old. Conors been promoted a few times, and preparing for another. We just bought a home (stay tuned for pictures!!) But its been quite the adventure! And I love my family!

Ashley + Minnie
So we have an evil cat! Shes really playful, but likes to wrestle with your elbow when you look away! And attacks our legs as we walk through the house. But no matter how insane she acts, as soon as it comes to children she calms down. She just lets the carry her around. But Ashley and Minnie have defiantly become the best of friends!
Ashley Day....
So we recently started having Ashlay Day, where Ashley get to pick everything we do from morning to bed time! Wow, a 3 year old definatly knows how to have a good time, and how to make their parents exhausted!! We started off having pancakes for breakfast, then we blew bubbles in the front yard and had a picnic on the patio, then went to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium in Tacoma, took a carousel ride, then we had dinner at TGIFridays, then went and saw Space Chimps! The movie was great! The zoo was awesome except for the fact its right up to the ocean so its all down hill one ways and up hill the other! HAHA. But definatly a great experience seeing fun through Ashleys eyes!

Time for church...
Missing cat.....
So as you know we got a Kitten in May (Minnie), well 3 weeks ago I let Minnie out side to play and after about an hour I could hear her crying but couldn't find her. I was walking around the house and in the garage trying to find her, I kept hearing her but still couldnt see her. Then I realized she was by the neighbors house, so I figured she had gone in their garage and didnt get out before they closed the door. BOY WAS I WRONG!! They stole her!! But I got her back! HAHA Who wouldnt want our cute cat though!

Minnie
Ocean Shores, WA
The Army put together a marriage retreat a couple weeks ago and we went. They had group marriage classes (mostly on communication and understanding how something that doesnt bother you bothers someone else) And they also provided child care and tons of free time to just be together!! So we took the time to go find sea shells!

Proof men never really grow up....
SO we went to a friends ranch over the weekend, bonfires, guns, horses, bbqs, lots of fun. But the Men Folk needed to go hunt stuff, and low and behold they brought home a Coyote puppy!! They were so proud of themselves! Her name is Flip and they did release her, but for 24 hours they had a puppy and really wanted to keep her to!
